Amusingly one of my co-workers said to me with affection, "You're a bit of a dork really, aren't you?" "Ha," I said. "You're not the first person to call me that actually."

Went to Ikea today to begin redoing this room so that I have somewhere to put clothes and books, which have overflowed beyond the storage space I have. On the moving sloped escalator floor for the trolleys going down to the check out I was stood in front of two women in their twenties.

"I just phoned him and I was saying that whenever you go to Ikea it makes you want to have all the show rooms in your own house. He says 'Well, are you going to get a house with me then?' I told him 'If you can become more successful I might consider it then.'"

"Haha."
