I passed the first stage of interviews at dickinson street (manchester) today. My suspicions were aroused after i witnessed the frankly pi** poor interview technique and the promise of an amazing development plan from "charlie" the man who interviewed me. I was told id meet brett hayes tomorrow so i decided to find some info about him so i had something to talk to him about.. I stumbled across this blog! I text "charlie" and told him i would not be attending as i found some disturbing articles about the infamous brett hayes. He didnt even try and defend the company and wished me luck in my job search. As a jobseeker i am bitterly dissapointed, however i am very angry that these people take advantage of jobseekers in such a way. Waiting to be interviewed on the 4th floor was a lady in her 30s early 40s, an asian lady in her 20s, and a gentlemen who told me he helped build the channel tunnel! If your reading this guys.. I hope you had the sense to check this company out first, if not i hope you didnt work your arse off for nothing. I wish you all the luck in the world. Again, to the guy who wrote this blog...
