I used to live in Canada

and yet still know almost nothing about the place, but I do suspect that Canada's health care system is even more progressive and fair than the one that Obama's changes have wrought. But then knowing anything about a foreign land, especially one that you are about to enter illegally and under an ill-thought out pretext, has never been the business of the ordinary American citizens.

I read an article in the San Fransisco times from 1989 today about the AIDS epidemic and how it was effecting hospitals in the states. And i was all "OH PRIVATISED MEDICINE"

Though you lot over there get a better deal on prescriptions. And things like dentistry and optometry here are not universally covered.
