May. 22nd, 2013 08:50 pmSup bitches. Made a lot of errors today, moving behind frosted glass, because I didn't get enough sleep. I just yesterday downloaded the Sleep Cycle iPhone app. A co-worker told me that it was making his life easier, so of course the first night of using it I stayed up til half three. Will give it a more proper trial run tonight.
I listen to a lot of creative people be interviewed by profane, sex-obsessed men. It seems to be one of my major pastimes between Kevin Smith's podcast network and Richard Herring's Leicester Square Theatre podcasts. Smith's interviews of Mark Hamill and Grant Morrison are magical, invigorating, Batmancentric things. Herring's thing is talking to people who are much more successful at his job, comedian, than he is.
It's a fine way to be a pedestrian, always having a dialogue coming in between one or another crass inquisitive man and various fascinating people. So I do like hearing people talk entertainingly about their own mythology, and I am interested in celebrities. What I've never wanted, and which twitter parodies as it provides is direct interaction with them. Don't want that at all.
