You know what I hate? Phones - narrowband, lo-fi, unfit for purpose pieces of shit. Out of professional pride I'm going to insist on using Skype or equivalent whenever humanly practicable. If any of you don't have a smartphone with a Skype app from the moment you become financially capable of owning such a thing then from now on you're going to be hectored by me until you get one or vomit your bones up. I am sick to bloody death of bad call quality.
