I remark on Twitter that I use Twitter to talk to myself or to warn anyone reading what my conversation is likely to be about if they should currently speak with me. Currently I don't use LiveJournal at all, the character of the web having changed and blogging being passé and not really worth the effort anyway. Today, I'm deciding on a broader extension of the twitter policy and am going to resume using Livejournal to talk to myself and warn off the unwary, like I used to.

So, structured blogging policy. I will be here every day for the foreseeable future, or as near as I can manage. I'm going back to the old method of posting anything to here, however irrelevant to anyone reading or to the general aim of blogging, that I have to say.

I am finding myself wanting to own BMX type gloves for winter wear. I'm finding that bikes of various kinds are bleeding into my taste in fashion, like how I want a leather jacket currently of a certain type. Maybe cut and padded in the style of a bike jacket but of a thinner, non-functional make.

What I really want is access to zip-up tops, made of the hoodie sweatshirt cotton but very definitely without hoods. These are things that are not sold by anyone on the high street ever. Even American Apparel, who are archetypally of that sort of thing don't stock them, favouring the hooded variety. So we're left with the internet as our saviour and succour as usual.

I need to buy a winter coat, because i currently dress in layers and wear a Regatta olive coloured waterproof over them. Whatever the colour, sort of a pale choice, fashion wise, and not favoured by me at all.

Maybe I should actually buy a bike. Pedal kind, not motored.
