We're getting a new dog soon, a border terrier. Not my favourite breed, but it's a good pedigree and dogs are cute. Our malign, evil old cat will mother it i'm sure.

I'm starting to think that Steve's idea for a moratorium on childbirth for a generation is a great idea. The combined effect of that many fewer humans, more broken marriages and death of the childcare and teaching industries could really give the adults some breathing room. Watch food service disappear!
