Apr. 16th, 2011 10:02 pmDidn't satisfactorily get out and about enough today, though I did spend a couple of hours gadding about in order to buy a keyboard to replace the one I broke keys on by dropping a digital camera on it. Once a couple of scissor keys have had those plastic lever wotsits they use snapped it's too much of a ballache to replace them for the sake of the few quid it'd cost to buy a new keyboard. I did buy a moderately pricey, for values of cheap, aluminium one as the replacement. It has USB ports, which I needed, and did not want to buy a hub because I hate their fiddly guts.
And I say didn't get out enough, because it's now 10 O'clock and I've not even begun to think about what I want to do with my day and have had time to make no plans. I've not even eaten dinner. What happened? And moreover how?
The main thing I want is to wash off this feeling I have all over that Alvin Stardust has wiped his hair on me. I'm mostly watching the 2003 exploitation horror movie version of the investigation into the Zodiac killings. What it isn't is David Fincher's ramshackle belter from 2007. That movie was good police. This 2003 one has Robin Tunney in it, voted by Bryan Lee O'Malley as the most 90s actress of all time, and Rory Culkin, younger brother of Kieran: made into the greatest comic performer of 2010 by Bryan Lee O'Malley and Edgar Wright working as a team, and unanimously voted the best Culkin. Kieran, not Rory.
You're listening to Vertigoranger.rekay; only that's not what you're doing and neither am I.
